立足扎实教研,打造高效课堂 | 平枫英语中心第五次教研侧记

Based on solid teaching and research to create an efficient classroom

— —The fifth teaching and research sidelights of ESL in Pingdingshan Maple Leaf International School

一个优秀的教案,是高效课堂的清晰路线图,可以帮助教师建立足够的教学自信心,辅助教师创建科学合理的课堂环境,其重要性不言而喻。2020年10月5日下午,由平顶山枫叶国际学校英语中心副主任Emma Wang主持题为“How to make a lesson plan?”的教研培训活动,在二楼英语阅览室如期举行。
An excellent teaching plan is a clear road map of efficient classroom, which can help teachers to establish sufficient teaching self - confidence and assist teachers to create a scientific and reasonable classroom environment. Its importance is self-evident. On the afternoon of October 5, 2020, it was presided over by Emma Wang, deputy director of ESL Teaching Center of Pingdingshan Maple Leaf International School, entitled "how to make a lesson plan?" The teaching and research meeting was held in the English reading room on the second floor as scheduled.

培训开始之前,Emma Wang请每位老师根据自己的想法在已给出的“半圆”的基础上完成一幅画。正所谓“一千个读者眼中就会有一千个哈姆雷特”,通过这一环节,在座的老师更深刻的明白:因为理解不同,创意不同,所以才能呈现出更加这缤纷多彩的课堂。
Before the training, Emma Wang asked each teacher to complete a painting based on the given "semicircle" according to their own ideas. As the saying goes, "There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand people’s eyes". Through this link, the teachers here have a deeper understanding: because of different understanding and different creativity, they can present a more colorful classroom.

随后,Emma Wang正式开始本次培训,分为以下三部分:

Subsequently, Emma Wang officially started the training, which was divided into the following three parts:

1、什么是教案?

What is a lesson plan?

2、为什么要准备教案?

Why prepare lesson plans?

3、怎么样才能完成一个优秀的教案?

How to complete an excellent teaching plan?

在培训过程中,Emma Wang明确指出,一份优秀的教案必须包括以下内容:学习目标、教学重难点、教学工具和教学材料、教学过程、教学评估和反思。

During the training process, Emma Wang clearly pointed out that an excellent teaching plan must include the following contents: teaching objectives, key and difficult points, teaching tools and teaching materials, teaching procedure, teaching evaluation and reflection.

其中,“教学过程”要做到清晰而明确;教学评估部分,除了用测试的方法之外,也可以通过学生反思、小组发言、实践活动等方法对学生的知识掌握情况进行评估;而板书设计,则要做到内容清晰、重点突出、条理清晰,便于辅助学生学习及复习;授课后的教学反思尤为重要,教师应该思考是否达到预设的学习目标,学生们是否掌握的教案预设的内容,及时调整教学策略,提出新的教学措施,进而达到更好的教学效果。

Among them, the "teaching procedure" should be clear; in the teaching evaluation part, in addition to the test method, students' knowledge mastery can also be evaluated by means of students' reflection, group speeches, and practical activities; while blackboard design should be clear in content, highlight key points and clear in order to facilitate students' learning and review; the end of class after teaching reflection is particularly important, teachers should consider whether to achieve the preset teaching objectives, whether students master the content of the teaching plan, timely adjust teaching strategies, and put forward new teaching measures, so as to achieve better teaching effectiveness.

本次教研的最后,本着学以致用的原则,Emma Wang请所有老师现场分组,按照要求合作完成教案设计。

At the end of this teaching and research meeting, based on the principle of putting into practice what one has learned, Emma Wang divided all teachers into groups and cooperated to complete the lesson plan according to the requirements.

“问渠那得清如许,为有源头活水来”。教研没有终点,教师们的学习没有止境。随着英语中心教研活动的不断深入,每一位英语教师都会有自己的收获和思考,相信不久的未来,我们的英语教学能更上新台阶!

"Asked ditch which clear, for has the source running water ". There is no end to teaching and research, and no end to teachers' learning. With the deepening of teaching and research activities, every English teacher will have their own gains and thinking, I believe that in the near future, our English teaching can go further a new step.
